Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with lightofdivine.com you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank or bank account acceptable to us. lightofdivine.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be lightofdivine.com or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party lightofdivine.com is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card or bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
User registration and account security
An account is necessary to use your products and services purchased.
If you buy products or services for the first time, an account is automatically created on checkout, registering you as a User and you will receive an email to set your password. You can also manually create an account, registering as a User.
You email address will be your user name. You are not allowed to use another user’s account unless you have permission of Light of Divine.
You understand and agree to receive occasionally a promotional email on your email address.
You are solely responsible and liable for any activity occurring on your account, and you must keep your account password secret. You must inform us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account by emailing us at info@lightofdivine.com. We will investigate any security breaches and we have the right to suspend or terminate the account immediately. We will not be liable for any losses caused by the unauthorised use of your account, but you may be liable for our or other users’ losses caused by such unauthorised use.
(a) Our Contract
You understand and agree that when you place an order and once purchase price has been delivered there is a formed contract between us.
You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order and if the payment has been received, the digital products which you ordered have been made available for download to you. Only those Services listed in the acknowledgement e-mail sent and have been paid for will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Pricing
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
If there are any additional costs, they will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
(c) Availability
A downloadable product is available for download for 30 days after purchase.
After 30 days a download link expires.
The download limit for a downloadable product is 3 (no unlimited re-downloads).
A download requires login and access to the downloadable product is granted after payment.
(d) Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card or bank account to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your payment card or bank account will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card or account shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
All online payments are processed by Mollie. Mollie is a Dutch payment service provider. Card holders or account holders may go to https://www.mollie.com to view Mollie’s security policies.
(e) Non-Refundable Payment Agreement
You understand and agree that payments for Services are non-refundable.

All prices posted on the lightofdivine.com and in other materials originating from
lightofdivine.com include taxes and other levies imposed by the government, unless stated otherwise on the website.
Cancelled order
You understand and agree that once purchase price has been delivered, there is no rescission of this agreement and no refund will be made (non-refundable). Except as expressly provided herein, all payments under this Agreement will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable.
No ‘cooling-off period’ applies to Private Sessions, downloadable products and Events. Purchases these Services are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This is applicable for all Services lightofdivine.com runs, even if you cancel or do not to turn up.

Returns and Refunds
Purchases of any Services are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
